Optional Feature: Identity Resolution (“Reveal”)
Certain features of the Service are optional and apply only if enabled by a Customer.
If a Customer enables CartStack’s Reveal feature, CartStack (acting on behalf of the Customer) may collect online identifiers and event data from Customer Properties, such as cookie identifiers, device identifiers, IP address, and browsing/activity signals.
CartStack may disclose certain identifiers and event data to third-party service providers or data partners for the limited purpose of attempting to associate those identifiers with contact information (such as an email address) and returning matched results (“Match Data”) to the Customer through the Service.
Match results are not guaranteed and may vary based on third-party data availability, browser/device settings, and other factors outside of CartStack’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any required consents for the use of Reveal on their properties.
Use of Data
CartStack LLC uses collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service
- To notify you about changes to our Service
- To allow interactive features
- To provide customer support
- To gather analysis to improve our Service
- To monitor usage
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
- To provide news, special offers, and marketing communications (unless opted out)
Retention of Data

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. CartStack is a customer behavior analytics & insights platform. CartStack uses Heap to understand how users use CartStack's websites and the CartStack Application.
