This page opts you out of the sale or sharing of your personal information on cartstack.com. It applies as soon as you arrive. There is nothing else to do, no account to create, and you will not be asked again on this browser.

What it stops

• Visitor identification. We use RB2B to identify anonymous business visitors to this website. Sharing data with a service like that is treated as sharing personal information under California law, so opting out stops it.
• Advertising and remarketing. Advertising tags loaded through Google Tag Manager stop receiving advertising identifiers, and no remarketing audience is built from your visit.
• Affiliate attribution. LeadDyno stops recording which partner referred you.

What it does not stop

Cookies that keep the site working stay — your session and the token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. So does the record of this opt-out itself, which is the only way we can honour it without asking you again.

Basic analytics also continue, because they are not a sale or a share: we use them to see which pages get read. To turn those off as well, open cookie settings and choose "Essential only".

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it automatically on every visit, with no action from you and before any tag has run. That is the opt-out method we would rather you used, because it works everywhere at once rather than one website at a time. This page exists as the second method, for browsers that do not send it.

Scope, and a caveat about browsers

This opt-out is stored in your browser, so it applies to this browser on this device. Opting out on a laptop does not carry to a phone, and clearing your cookies clears the record along with everything else. Global Privacy Control does not have that limitation, which is the other reason to prefer it.

It covers this website. The CartStack product, which runs on our customers' own sites, is governed by our privacy policy and by the agreement between us and that customer.

Opting out of sale and sharing is one right among several. To ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to support@cartstack.com. We do not treat anyone differently for exercising any of these rights.
