The challenge
Personalised recovery is hard for any ecommerce brand. Add a large independent consultant network and it becomes a different problem entirely. A recovered order had to credit the right consultant, a reminder had to arrive in the shopper's own language, and the cart contents had to exclude high-demand items that might no longer be in stock by the time the email landed.
What changed
Language chosen at the moment of abandonment
Conditional content blocks switch language dynamically based on the browser settings recorded when the cart was abandoned, so every shopper gets a reminder in the language they were already shopping in.
Cart contents, minus what cannot ship
Custom conditions inject the items left behind while excluding selected high-demand, low-inventory categories — so a reminder never advertises something that has since sold out.
The consultant stays attached to the sale
When a shopper abandons a cart tied to a consultant, the email carries that consultant's contact details and sends the shopper back to their storefront to finish. The relationship survives the recovery.
